| Before starting MCCIM, Nel Mostert worked as a full-time facilitator with Unilever for 10 years.
Her key expertise and passion is Creativity & Innovation Management. With Unilever she facilitated over 650 sessions with more than 10.000 participants in Europe, USA, South-Africa, Australia and Asia (China, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, India). She works with cross-functional teams: R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, CMI, Legal, Finance, etc. Her background is in Marketing as well as in Business Administration with further training & accreditation on: - Creativity with Synectics, ?What If! and Min Basadur. - Facilitation with a.o. Nyenrode University. - Accredited CPF (Certified Professional Facilitator) and Assessor with the IAF International Association of Facilitators. – Belbin accredition with the Belbin Association.
