MCCIM

I help teams, and therefore I help organisations to let their team members achieve what is necessary, by facilitating them in workshops or by knowledge transfer during coaching sessions. When a team grows, its individual members are more considerate to one another and able to understand how they can achieve their common goals, my mission is accomplished. And exactly that, is my passion.

Since 1998 and the establishment of MCCIM in 2010, I have had the opportunity to facilitate over 1.000 workshops with more than 16.500 participants. My work is global; I have facilitated workshops in Europe (Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Portugal, Croatia), and in the UK, Turkey, USA, Canada, Brazil, South Africa, China, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, Dubai, Hong Kong, Bangladesh.

Most of my clients are project leaders or employees of multinationals. With 12 years (1998-2010) of experience as in-house facilitator at Unilever, I am familiar with the corporate structure and business culture of large, international companies. This experience is of great value, which I offer my clients.

My specialism is the food industry and New Product Development. However, my clients includes various branches, such as trade and industry, insurance companies, healthcare, training centers, local authorities, etc.

Experience

I have worked for Unilever until 2010, the last 12 years of which as full-time facilitator for innovation teams. The purpose of my job role was to help innovation project teams to accelerate their innovation process.

I have successfully completed my education in Business Administration, Organisation & Strategy (Open Universiteit) and Marketing & Communication (Haagsche Hogeschool).

My training in creativity and facilitation were received at Synectics, WhatIf!? and Nijenrode.

Recognition

In 2016 I was acknowledged for my efforts in the field of facilitating. The IAF World honoured me with a place in  ‘Hall of Fame’ of the International Association of Faciltator. See my blog.
